After an early career as an Army Officer my strengths were leadership and motivation, an ability to sense what makes a person "tick" and plenty of experience in helping people turn their lives around, to become the happy, successful people they wanted to be.
These qualities are what I bring to my practice of hypnotherapy and to change somebody’s future from discontentment to success gives me enormous pride and pleasure. Whether it is helping someone to conceive a baby, have a fabulous childbirth experience, give up a smoking habit, book a holiday by overcoming their fear of flying or simply calm down to live their life free of anxiety, what I do is life-changing and there is nothing better than seeing my clients achieve their goals
I take a client-centered approach, there is no one formula that fits every person. Everyone is an individual with a unique perspective of the world and I will work with you to achieve what you want to achieve.
I am a Nationally Registered Hypnotherapist and a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners. This means that a GP or consultant can refer you to me for treatment and if the PCT agrees, will fund the treatment for you.
I conform to the Code of Ethics as prescribed by the General Hypnotherapy Register and my training school, the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy. I was lucky enough to study Clinical Hypnosis with one of the most acclaimed Hypnotherapists in the country, Nicola Martin, at the ICH in London. The Institute of Clinical Hypnosis (ICH) is one of the UK's most recognised, recommended and accredited providers of courses in Clinical hypnotherapy. I undergo regular supervision and also Continuous Professional Development. I am fully insured.
